Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be elegible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

RETURNING A PRODUCT:

  1. Create a return by emailing info@newpolinesia.com adding your order number explaining if you want a refund or exchange.
  2. Securely repackage your merchandise and include a printed version of the email we sent you with your purchase. Include handwriting if you want a EXCHANGE or REFUND. If you pick EXCHANGE please write what item, color and size you want to receive. A new order will be created that will ship once the returned product(s) arrive in our warehouse.
  3. Return the package to us by using your preferred delivery service. YOU pay for your own return shipment. The return address that you should mail your garments to is: Plaça del Xarol 28 B, planta primera, polígono industrial guixeres 08915, Barcelona.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

Your order number is located in the email that is instantly sent to you once you have made a purchase. It is the title of the email, for example in this image it would be number #1569.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 WORKING DAYS AFTER ARRIVING IN OUR WAREHOUSE. Please contact us info@newpolinesia.com if you want to know in what part of the process your order is currently in. Also note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
